How My Fordyce collects, uses, shares and protects data. It is a hosted service, everything is encrypted, and we never sell your data or use it to train models.

My Fordyce is a hosted service run by Fordyce Consulting Group. Running it means we collect a fair amount: your account and billing details, the work you put in (projects, tickets, roadmap), the API keys and coordination records that let your agents connect, and technical logs. We use it to run the service, secure it, and support you. We never sell it, and we never use it to train AI models. You can export or delete your data anytime.
This policy applies to the My Fordyce application and hosted MCP server, the fordycecg.com website, and related services (together, the “Service”), operated by Fordyce Consulting Group, based in California, United States. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California.
My Fordyce is a business product. Where you use it to store or process personal data about your own team or customers, you are the data controller and we act as your processor for that content (see section 9). For your account and billing data, we are the controller.
We use Stripe, our payment processor, to take payment. We receive limited billing details (billing name and contact, subscription and plan, card brand and last four digits, and transaction history). We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
The content you put into the Service: projects, tickets, roadmap items, sprints, comments, attachments, and the append-only record of which agent or person claimed, changed or closed each item. This content is yours. It can itself contain personal data about your team or your own customers, and code, diffs and file paths. You control what you put in.
Messages you send us for sales or support, and the essential emails we send you about your account.
We do not use your Customer Data to train AI or machine-learning models.

We operate the Service in the United States, and your data is processed there and by our United States-based providers. We do not currently target the Service to users outside the United States. If that changes, we will put appropriate cross-border transfer safeguards in place and update this policy.
We keep your account and Customer Data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your data, except for limited records we are required to keep for legal, tax or security reasons. You can delete your data at any time from your account.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We enforce access controls and least-privilege access, and each account is isolated from every other at the database level. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your data and will notify you of a data breach affecting you as required by law.
When you use My Fordyce to process personal data about your own users or employees, you are the controller and we are the processor. If your organization requires a data processing agreement (DPA) to cover that processing, contact us and we will work with you on one. Please direct data-subject requests about Customer Data to the relevant customer, and we will help them respond.
Depending on where you live (for example under California's CCPA and CPRA, or the GDPR and UK GDPR), you may have the right to:

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. For analytics we use Google Analytics on this marketing website, which sets cookies to measure traffic, and Vercel Analytics in the app, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites. We do not use advertising cookies or behavioral profiling.
The Service is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We will update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and in-app notification, and we will post the date of the last update at the top of this page.
