The Simple Version

Use the software responsibly, don't try to break it, and we'll do our best to keep it working for you. If you're not happy, you can stop using it anytime and export your data.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any Fordyce CG software or services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the software.

2. Description of Service

Fordyce CG provides productivity software, primarily Project Fordyce, designed to help you manage projects and tasks. The software processes data locally on your device whenever possible.

3. User Responsibilities

• • Don't attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or abuse the software
• • Don't share your account credentials with others
• • Keep your software updated for the best experience and security

4. Data and Privacy

Your data belongs to you. Most processing happens locally on your device. When we do handle your data, it's covered by our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time in standard formats.

5. Payment and Refunds

Paid versions are billed as stated at purchase. If you're not satisfied within 30 days, contact us for a full refund. We want happy users, not hostages.

6. Software Updates

We regularly update the software to fix bugs and add features. Updates are generally automatic but you can control when they install. Major changes will be communicated clearly.

7. Service Availability

We work hard to keep services running smoothly, but can't guarantee 100% uptime. Since most features work offline, you can usually keep working even if our servers are down.

8. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided "as is." While we test thoroughly, we can't be responsible for data loss, business interruption, or other damages. Always keep backups of important data.

9. Termination

You can stop using the software anytime. We might suspend access if you violate these terms, but we'll try to work things out first. Either way, you can always export your data.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms might change occasionally. We'll notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
