Most "homework tracking" apps are really school administration tools that treat parents as data endpoints. I wanted to build something family-first: a tool for the household, not for the institution. No school data loops, no surveillance, just a better way to build habits together.

My Fordyce is a project management platform built for solo developers and small teams who are tired of tools designed for enterprises they don't work at. It combines a Kanban board, strategic roadmap, and epic pipelines with something most PM tools don't have: an MCP server integration that lets your AI coding assistant manage your backlog directly from your IDE.

I built it for myself. As a solo developer shipping multiple products, I kept switching between tools that weren't quite right. Nothing fit the way I actually work. So I built one that does, and it turned out other developers wanted the same thing.
