Studio
My Fordyce is ours. The control plane, the MCP server, the board. Fordyce CG builds software like it for other people, and you talk directly to the person writing the code.

The proof is a product
Client work sits under NDA, so judge us on the thing you can open yourself. My Fordyce runs in production and we use it daily to build it.
We build the hard surfaces
Thirty-five MCP tools, atomic claims, versioned writes, a desktop app and a VS Code extension. Integration work that has to hold up, not a demo.
You own it outright
Your code, your repos, your accounts, from the first commit. Nothing is architected to keep you here.
How a build runs
Every phase names what lands and what we need from you to land it.
We learn the problem, agree what v1.0 has to do, and put the scope in writing. You bring the domain and whoever knows why the current thing is painful.
Something clickable, early, so the argument is about a real screen rather than a document. You bring reactions and the awkward edge cases.
The work itself, in the open. You bring access, test data, and answers when a decision is yours to make.
Working software at every checkpoint, not a status deck. You bring the people who'll use it.
A review against what we agreed at onboarding, with the gaps named honestly. You bring a decision on what ships and what waits.
It goes out, you own it, and you can leave with the code. No hostage architecture.
Saying it out loud saves us both a call.
What it costs
The number comes out of onboarding, in writing, before anyone commits.
A published rate card belongs here. Nothing goes in this box until it's agreed.
Tell us what you're working on. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right studio for it, and what it would take.
